300g fresh jelly fish
Chicken meat
Green mango, cleaned and peeled
Onion, basil leaves; coriander
Roasted peanut, smashed
Deep fried glutinous rice with powdered shrimp (bánh phồng tôm)
Chili, pepper, vinegar, sugar, spices …

Process:
