Stir fried Beef with Basil Leaves Recipe (Bò Xào Húng Quế)

Ingredients:

300g beef
20g basil herb leaves
4 cloves of garlic
1 – 2 chilies
1 onion
1 teaspoon sugar
2 tablespoons oyster oil, ½ tablespoon fish sauce.

Process:

Step 1: Only use the leave of basil herb. Clean well in water.
