Ingredients:

1 whole fish (horse mackerel)
200g young jackfruit
Salt, fish sauce, chili, sugar
1 tablespoon sugar caramel
Spring onion, purple onion

Process:

Step 1: Clean well fish; do not use organs of fish. Clean again and slice into short pieces. Marinate with 1 teaspoon salt and wait in 15 minutes. Heat the oil (1 tablespoon), fry sliced fishes in 10 minutes, add on plate added paper napkin to absorb wasted oil.

Step 2: Clean young jackfruit, slice into short pieces.
