200g beef
200g Chinese peas
Spring onion, salt, Magi’s stuff, vegetable oil, oyster oil
Garlic.

Process:

Step 1: Clean well beef, put in fridge about 5 minute and slice thinly. Marinate with 1 teaspoon salt, 1 teaspoon oil, a little pepper and mix well. Wait in 15 – 20 minutes.
