Fried Egg with Mushroom Recipe (Trứng Chiên Nấm)

Ingredients:

300g mushrooms (straw mushrooms or king oyster mushrooms)
3 chicken eggs
Spring onion, purple onion, salt, pepper, Magi’s stuff

Process:
