Ingredients:

300g half lean half fat pork meat
2 slices pineapple (100g)
300ml fermented anchovy sauce (mắm nêm) – Buy at Vietnamese Markets
Sugar, chili, lemon, garlic, Magi’s stuff, vinegar
1 carrot
Salad, Vietnamese mint herb, heart leaves, pepper mint leaves
Roasted peanut, smashed
Vermicelli

Process:

Step 1: Boil pork meat. When boiling, add more ½ teaspoon salt and a little Magi’s stuff. Boil about 8 – 10 minutes; turn off the heat and cover the pot carefully. Pork meat will be cooked in this process, do not boil too much, meat will not good anymore.

Step 2: Put pork meat on plate, slice thinly and arrange on plate.

Step 3: Clean, cut off the eyes from pineapple and mince well. Peel off the cover of garlic; mince garlic with chili + 3 tablespoons sugar. Mix with minced pineapple + garlic + chili into fermented anchovy sauce bowl. Use spoon to stir well and season to suit your flavor. Add more some lemon drops.
